John is a recent addition to Atlantic Logowear, but he brings with him the experience gained from over 25 years in various industries, including 14 years as a small business owner. Whether you are looking to increase the amount of business from established customers, draw new customers and gain market share, or retain your best employee's, he brings a creative approach to helping you solve your business challenges. John explains, "I believe the people of Atlantic Logowear bring a fresh approach to proven methods of business promotion, blending focused strategies with creative "Out of the box" ideas that really work. A long time Virginia resident, John has worked in sales and marketing along the east coast from Maine to Florida. His skill with computer technology and his graphic arts sensibility combine to provide a real advantage to any business that seeks assistance with promotions and branding. In his spare time, John enjoys spending time with his wife, Angie, and his Jack Russell Terriers. He also enjoys playing in his 80's cover band! Tracy Ebert

Tracy has been with Atlantic LogoWear since 2003. She brings to the table the unique perspective of knowing the industry from the inside out. Her career in Promotional Products began over 17 years ago on the accounting side. She familiarized herself with the operations of accounting, invoicing, customer service, graphic design and large fulfillment programs. She gradually moved over - or fell in - to the sales side full time 5 years ago. Tracy holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Edinboro University of PA and an MBA from the University of Richmond. She lives in Midlothian, VA with her husband and three children. Sandy Heinz

Full of ideas and ready to help! Sandy works mainly behind the scenes; insuring all aspects of the business run smoothly, from operations to marketing. She works closely with the sales staff and effectively manages the "other side" of the sale. Sandy's ultimate focus is Client Satisfaction and insuring a smooth sailin' ship! She also enjoys managing a few key accounts of her own, allowing her to stay keenly aware of the Marketplace. Sandy brings 25 years of experience to Atlantic LogoWear. Her first corporate job was with Weidmuller USA lasting 13 years. Working her way up and holding many valuable positions in Sales, Marketing and Operations, she was promoted to Customer Service Manager with a staff of 26 employees to manage. With 3 small children at home, Sandy wanted to better balance both her commitment to work and family. In 1997 she left Weidmuller and partnered in the creation of an Import Company. After 5 successful years (and wanting even more flexibility), in 2002 she left the import business and, along with Andy Fulghum, created Atlantic LogoWear LLC. After 6 years, Atlantic LogoWear LLC has remained true to the owner's vision in becoming a forward thinking, well known, trusted company that really helps people grow their business through effective marketing. Andy Fulghum

I'm what some would call the "Chief Cheerleader" for Atlantic Logowear! (But don't judge my legs.) Aside from working closley with my own clients, I handle much of the marketing, hiring, sales training and Public Relations components of ALW. It's been an interesting road! We began as little more than "Order Takers" and over the years have evolved into a Full Service Promotional Agency, partnering with our clients for their success. Creating impactful marketing concepts for our clients that bring them real results is what we're all about. When I think of where we came from and where we're going, I can't help but be excited as each year we continue to improve! When I'm not helping someone with their marketing, I enjoy spending time with my 4 kids and my wife Sandy. (She's the gal listed above!) I also enjoy riding my motorcycle by the river, a good old fashioned game of Kickball, and an occasional skydive! Thanks for allowing us to work with you! We're very grateful! ---Andy

Robyn is AWESOME! Robyn joined Atlantic LogoWear in October of 2006. She is a great addition to our team. Robyn is responsible for all aspects of order entry and oversees the day to day activities of our busy office. Robyn's attention to detail has only made us better! She works closely with our sales staff and inside support team - insuring all are kept informed and aware of each little piece of the "order puzzle". - until it's complete. Robyn enjoys the freedom of working remotely with Atlantic Logowear, an innovation that allows working moms to be truly that! - She is able to care for her family and be a tremdous asset to us! Donna Manzer
Inside Sales Rep
No order be late! Donna is Great! Donna spends her day checking and double checking each and every shipdates, ensuring all product will arrive on time everytime. Donna was an outside sales rep for ALW for 4 years, and decided to come "inside" for a while. She is now a part of Atlanticlogo Wear's inside sales team. She's been there... and knows the importance of meeting the client's needs. When Donna is not checking on orders she's busy with carpools, ball games, and homework. She shares her busy life with her husband and 3 kids.
